WHAT IS IN THE ARCHIVE

1. The book's four workbooks, corrected
The_Income_Account.xlsx Chapters 1 to 4 (and the calendar of chapter 16)
The_Sale_and_the_Yield.xlsx Chapters 5 to 7 (and the other exits of chapters 14 and 18)
Attribution.xlsx Chapters 8 to 12: sixteen live runs, all orders, the hold
The_Waterfall.xlsx Chapters 11 and 13 to 15: the waterfall and the gearing ladder
00_START_HERE.md what changed is at the end
Each workbook closes on a Checks sheet that ends ALL OK.

2. Blank_Model_Set/ (new)
The four workbooks with every input on the Inputs and Rent roll sheets
emptied, for your own estate. Each Checks sheet counts what is still

book_inputs.txt: type them back in and the book's results come back.

3. Working_Documents.pdf (new)
Thirteen printable pages: the six entry yields, the rent roll, the cheque
at completion and year one, the re-letting calendar in cash, the exit
assumption, the four returns, the attribution grid, the capital structure,
the hold against the lease calendar, the capital account, the fee
schedule, the report a manager should publish, and the seven questions.
   A4, fits Letter.

4. Forty_Questions.xlsx (new)
Forty questions across the book, marked by the file as you type.

5. Cases/ (new)
   Case_1_The_Buyers_Surveyor.xlsx Chapter 5
   Case_2_What_The_Void_Costs_To_Hold.xlsx Chapter 4
   Case_3_The_Wind_Up_Window.xlsx Chapter 12
