WHAT IS IN THE ARCHIVE

1. The book's workbook
What_a_Family_Office_Costs.xlsx Chapter 2 and the appendix: the office, priced
   00_START_HERE.md
(One sentence corrected: a second analyst moves the crossover by 99 million,
not "roughly 60". The model itself has not changed.)

2. Blank_Model_Set/ (new)
   Family_Office_Cost_Blank.xlsx
The appendix model with every figure emptied: up to eight people, eight running
lines, a four-tier multi-family schedule. The crossover is solved in whichever
tier it falls. The checks sheet counts what is still missing and tests that the
model holds together. The book's figures are in book_inputs.txt.

3. Working_Documents.pdf (new)
Four working documents on four printable pages: the Appendix A questions, the
Appendix C functions checklist, a cost and hurdle worksheet, and the Appendix D
   self-assessment. A4, fits Letter.

4. Forty_Questions.xlsx (new)
Forty questions across the book, marked by the file as you type.

5. Cases/ (new)
Case_1_The_Fortune_In_One_Company.xlsx concentration, tax and the median
Case_2_The_Allocation_Nobody_Chose.xlsx commitment pacing and a market fall
Case_3_The_Office_That_Splits_With_The_Family.xlsx three generations and the crossover
Each case: the note on the first sheet, the model after it, checks at the end.

The files open in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, Google Sheets and Numbers. No macros.
