WHAT IS IN THE ARCHIVE

1. The book's two workbooks, corrected
Northgate_Model.xlsx the data center: Chapters 2 to 16,
                                           Appendix A
   Aurora_Model.xlsx solar and storage: Chapters 4, 6,
                                           10, 11 and 15, Appendix B
00_START_HERE.md what changed is at the end
Each now ends with a Checks sheet: 31 and 28 checks, ALL OK.

2. Blank_Model_Set/ (new)
Northgate_Model_Blank.xlsx the same models, every input
Aurora_Model_Blank.xlsx emptied, for your own deal
Each checks sheet counts what is still missing and tests what holds for any
inputs. The book's inputs are in book_inputs.txt.

3. Working_Documents.pdf (new)
Thirteen printable pages: the two questions on one page, sizing on two
tests and a third, the CFADS definition reconciled, the waterfall to the
cent, sources and uses with the circularity, the covenants in dollars of
revenue, the construction package, the downside pack labeled, the
counterparty map, rates and policy, the term sheet, the diligence
questions and the model review. A4, fits Letter.

4. Forty_Questions.xlsx (new)
Forty questions across the book, marked by the file as you type.

5. Cases/ (new)
   Case_1_Six_Months_Late.xlsx Chapter 9
   Case_2_The_Break_Nobody_Modeled.xlsx Chapter 13
   Case_3_How_Often_It_Locks_Up.xlsx Chapters 6, 8 and 11
Each case: the note on the first sheet, the model after it, checks at the end.

The files open in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, Google Sheets and Numbers. No macros,
no circular references.
